Book Your Portrait Session with IPPRO Media
To reserve your session, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.
What to Expect:
Location guidance: I’ll suggest a location that complements your outfit colors and style for the best visual results.
Family sessions: Each additional family member is $50. For larger groups, I recommend booking an outdoor session. See the Family Session Guide for more info.
Cake Smash: Parents must bring their own cake. Due to food allergies, I do not provide food items. For indoor setups, please coordinate backdrop colors with your child’s outfit.
Print Options:
Prints, wall art, and albums are available for purchase after your session.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- All sessions must be booked at least 2 hours in advance.
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 7 calendar days of your session will forfeit the deposit.
- Rescheduling within that window requires a new deposit and agreement.
- Free sessions are non-cancelable and non-reschedulable unless:
- There is severe weather (rain, snow, or official weather advisory)
- You notify me at least 24 hours before the session
- Note: Low temperatures alone do not qualify unless small children are involved.
