Portrait Photography Session Policy – IPPRO Media Los Angeles

🗓️ Booking & Scheduling

Deposit & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.

Your booking is confirmed only after the deposit is received.

Booking Window

Sessions must be booked at least 2 hours in advance of your desired time.

Pre-Session Consultation

A brief phone consultation will take place a few days before your session to discuss posing, wardrobe suggestions, and session flow.

🖼️ Editing, Delivery & Gallery Access

Editing Style

Images are edited in IPPRO Media’s signature style and creative vision. Requests outside standard editing (e.g., body modifications, object removal) are subject to a $75 revision fee.

Tattoo removal is an additional $20 per image. Editing suggestions are not accepted.

Image Delivery

Final edited images are delivered within 7–10 business days via a private online gallery. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee upon request.

Gallery Access

Galleries remain available for 30 days after delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images within that time.

Print & Sharing Rights

Clients are granted personal-use rights to print and share photos on social media.

Commercial use or editing without written permission from IPPRO Media is strictly prohibited.

🔒 Legal Terms & Copyright

Copyright Ownership

All images created by IPPRO Media are protected under U.S. Copyright Law and remain the sole property of the photographer. Clients may not alter, reproduce, or use images for commercial or editorial purposes without written permission. Violations may result in legal penalties.

Model Release

By booking, you grant IPPRO Media the irrevocable right to use your images for advertising, social media, promotional content, exhibitions, and other lawful purposes. Images may be shared or licensed to third parties. You waive the right to approve usage or finished versions.

Reshoot Policy

Reshoots are only offered in cases of equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances caused by the photographer.

Dissatisfaction due to personal appearance, weather, or clothing is not grounds for a reshoot.

🚦 Conduct, Cancellations & Travel

Late Arrival

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened or rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion. No-shows are considered cancellations and forfeit the deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or change requests made within 7 calendar days of your session will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling within 7 days requires a new deposit and contract.

Free Sessions

Free sessions may not be rescheduled or canceled unless due to severe weather (rain, snow, or official advisory). Low temperatures do not qualify unless small children are involved. Weather-related changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Safety Clause

Clients are responsible for the behavior and safety of all session participants. IPPRO Media reserves the right to end a session without refund in cases of inappropriate behavior, unsafe environments, or lack of cooperation.

Travel Fees

A travel fee may apply for locations more than 15 miles outside Los Angeles. Please confirm any applicable fees prior to booking.
